Lapwing..never rely on Wikipedia. That is a redflag. But seriously..there have been studies on the combo- they point this out. They explain what the Shilajit contains that makes it beneficial, etc. My guess is eventually they’ll just have those specific compounds in a coq10 combo. If it’s doable..and affordable. I guess you could still say it comes from dirt….ha. Hmmm..dirt is actually good for you. I remember reading about how those that play in/handle dirt have a healthier immune system..or something… |
